How I treat my children
In my opinion the most important part of teaching maths is to communicate the beauty and the simplicity of the theme while with respect to individual scholar's learning speed. I rely on believing in every single student, that everyone has the power to realise and do the mathematics introduced to that person. I strongly believe that the intention of teaching is to provide each learner with abilities and logical argument to progress and work in society. As a result of this, I choose to serve my scholars with respect and to be as assistant as I can be in the education process while challenging them to reveal new ways of thinking and new concepts and guidelines. I will respect every single learner's needs reasonably of things that is real and what tools are there in the classroom. I will look for to spend as much or more time and effort as I expect from my scholars. I will acknowledge that I get as much to find out annually as my students, and I will be adaptable enough to receive commentary and ready for new techniques of teaching in an attempt to range all learning styles.
My role in tutoring
I view my function at this stage as a professional, far in the same way their actual school teachers are, still, also as a special provider of encouragement and assistance. My position is that of a mentor as I do not teach the whole day day of courses like my master teacher does, therefore, I may be a source the students may use to obtain additional advice as well as can rely on for back up. My purpose is also that of a student, so I view myself as an extension of my children, I am learning with all of them what it means to be an excellent mathematics teacher.
How I help my students improve
Unlike a number of tutoring associations in Cairnlea, throughout the regular school year, I actually work with the information that the scholar gets in his/her lesson. This means I don't require that students do extra worksheets and homework which are not involved in the learner's maths class, however, instead, I prepare the child in sections of his/her mathematics course of study which may be actually complicated as clarity and intensity of realisation, applying of models, and test-taking strategies. All that I do is related directly to helping the student to better realise the information from the mathematics class that she/he is having and to increase the grade in that subject.
